An independent resource for the Clemson community
Put AI to work on the processes you already run.
Not another tool tour. clemsonai.com is a working resource for Clemson faculty, staff, and students. The workshop builds things you keep using, the process maps come from a real campus event, and the policy pages put Clemson’s own rules in plain language.
clemsonai.com is independent: not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Clemson University. Policy links point to official university sources.
What’s inside
A workshop, two process maps, the policy sources, and an assistant that cites them.
Hands-on training
The Workshop
Two working sessions built around processes you already run. You map one of your own, break it into steps, and leave with something actually running.

Worked example
Process Maps
A real campus event broken into 110 steps, each one classified Automate, Augment, or Keep. Then the same event a year later, with evidence of what moved.

The framework
Every step of a process gets one of three calls.
“What would you like to automate?” asks you to already know what’s automatable. Start from the process instead, and the steps show you where AI fits, and where it shouldn’t go.
Automate
The step runs without a person in it. You build it once, put it on a schedule, and check a sample now and then instead of reviewing everything.
Augment
AI writes the draft and a person makes the call. The blank page goes away, but nothing ships without someone's eyes on it.
Keep
A person does the whole step, on purpose, because trust is the deliverable. Relationships and negotiations live here.
Who’s behind this
Will Scrivener, ProvenLabs
Will helps teams get past AI curiosity and into production: process mapping, hands-on workshops, and the unglamorous work of making automation trustworthy. clemsonai.com is his independent resource for the Clemson community. It was built around a real engagement with real campus processes, and it stays maintained after the workshop ends.
Everything here teaches to Clemson’s own published policies rather than inventing positions. When a question needs an official answer instead of an outside one, the site says so.
